We have had a number of emails about this. Here is the solution:
1) Buy the tickets as you normally would on Ticketmaster. They will email you an order number, this will also be available at the end of the purchase process.
2) Once you have this ticket number fill out the quick and easy form (the link is at the bottom of our page about tickets) and we will have your tickets waiting for you for collection at the venue.
